Sciatica

It's a fking pain! If you ever had it you know what I'm talking about. The pain is so sharp, talking, moving, and laughing hurts. I'm glad I'm recovering. I hate the sleepless nights and most of all waking up in the morning. It's so difficult to get up to just pee!!! Omg! Best way to recover; hot ass baths, plenty of blankies to sweat you off. And most importantly, exercise.
